Pogodex uses four dedicated email addresses, each routed to the right team for the right kind of question. Using the right address ensures the fastest response. We deliberately do not use a single contact-form-with-dropdown; the addresses below are the documented routing.
The four addresses
| Address | For | Response time |
|---|---|---|
| info [at] pogodex [punto] space | General editorial inquiries, correction reports, accessibility issues, guest-contributor pitches, reader feedback, miscellaneous. | Within 5 business days for substantive inquiries. |
| privacy [at] pogodex [punto] space | GDPR access/deletion/rectification requests, CCPA/CPRA requests, cookie and tracking concerns, data-protection inquiries. | Within 30 days as required by GDPR; typically faster. |
| dmca [at] pogodex [punto] space | DMCA takedown notices, counter-notices, copyright-infringement reports. | Acknowledgment within 5 business days; substantive response per the DMCA timeline. |
| partnerships [at] pogodex [punto] space | Brand partnerships, sponsored-content discussions, media buys, affiliate-program proposals, advertising inquiries beyond programmatic networks, B2B media questions. | Within 14 days for legitimate inquiries. |
What we do not handle
To save your time and ours:
- We are not Niantic. We cannot help with your in-game account, raid pass refunds, ban appeals, login issues, regional event availability, or any matter that requires a Niantic representative. For Niantic support, see Niantic’s official support center.
- We are not customer service for any Pokémon GO event, ticketed product, or third-party Pokémon merchandise. For those, contact the seller or organizer directly.
- We do not provide individual coaching or PvP team review beyond what is published. Article-level questions are welcome; “review my team” requests are typically declined.
- We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
- We do not facilitate Niantic Terms of Service violations. Email asking for help with GPS spoofing, multi-accounting, or account-trading will not receive operational assistance.
Common inquiry types and how we handle them
“There is an error in your article”
Email info [at] pogodex [punto] space with the URL, the specific text or claim, and your correction. The procedure is described on our Corrections Policy page.
“I want to write for Pogodex”
Email info [at] pogodex [punto] space with subject Guest contributor pitch and (a) what you would write, (b) your relevant experience, (c) a writing sample. See Meet the Team for our guest-contributor framework.
“I want to advertise on Pogodex”
For programmatic ads, our networks are Google AdSense (current), Mediavine (planned), and Adsterra (alternative). Standard programmatic buying is via these networks. For direct sponsorship or content partnership, email partnerships [at] pogodex [punto] space; the framework is on Work with Us.
“I want to use Pogodex content elsewhere”
For brief excerpts with attribution, no permission is needed; see Copyright Notice for limits. For substantial reuse, translation, or commercial use, email info [at] pogodex [punto] space with subject Permission request.
“I work for Niantic / The Pokémon Company / a rights holder”
Email info [at] pogodex [punto] space with subject IP Concern from Rights Holder. We respond promptly to legitimate inquiries from the trademark and copyright owners. The DMCA process is also available if your concern is U.S.-jurisdiction copyright; see DMCA.
Response language
Pogodex’s editorial language is English. We respond fastest in English. We can read and respond in Italian (the publisher’s first language) and can manage basic correspondence in French and Spanish; for other languages, we use translation tools and may take slightly longer.
Response volume and what we cannot guarantee
Pogodex is a small editorial team. We aim to respond to every substantive inquiry within the timelines above, but we cannot guarantee a personal response to every reader email. Generic inquiries that have been answered on the Site (in the FAQ, in About Us, in our policies) may receive a brief reply pointing to the relevant page. This is not dismissive; it is efficient.
Abusive, threatening, or harassing email is ignored or, where relevant, reported.
